Ruby Irene Whalen passed peacefully from this earth on March 24th, 2023. Ruby is survived by her devoted daughter Gail, beloved son James, daughter- in - law Doreen who were at her side during her last days. We believe she felt the love and support of those around her and those reaching out by phone. 

Ruby Irene was born in Connecticut to Amy and Albert Landfear on November 11. 1929.

Ruby is survived by her daughter Gail Whalen of Port Charlotte Florida; son James Whalen, daughter- in - law Doreen Whalen of Bonita Springs Florida;  Robert Whalen of New Hampshire;  Edward Whalen of Florida; and William  Whalen of Manchester New Hampshire; and many grandchildren. 

Ruby's strong faith in God sustained and comforted her.

Beloved mom, you may go in peace.

You have fought the good fight. You have kept the faith. 

A private memorial service will be held in Massachusetts.
