I just found out that Ruby went to heaven. I loved her and she was such a mentor to me. She gave me my first job and her passion for delivering babies was infectious. I remember all her stories and I keep them tucked in my heart. Love Stacy Head-Plocek

To Allen and family, I’ve been thinking about Ruby and know that it’s been quite a while since I heard from her. I’m so sorry for your loss. I had so much pleasure in caring for your mom when she lived in St. Louis. We had a lot of fun and she taught me so many things. I’m in Italy right now for three months so I won’t be able to make it to the memorial service, but my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
