Ruben Mendoza, 63, peacefully passed away on March 09, 2023 after 3 years battle with Cancer.
Ruben was passionate about taking care of kids, the family calls him “Papang Oben”. To the community, he is a leader. Ruben put family first, always, and was a dedicated father.
