It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rozzo "Doloroso" Dumlao, lovingly known as Doloroso but preferred to be called Rozzo. Rozzo was born on February 27, 1950, and sadly departed from this world on October 31, 2025.

Rozzo was a strongly committed family man, possessing a stubborn yet intelligent and disciplined disposition. He had a deep appreciation for simple pleasures; watching the NBA and NFL were his favourite pastimes, while lemons, camatise, and bagoong were his favourites to snack on.

Rozzo's journey took him across continents, from his birthplace in the Philippines to Honolulu, HI in 1981, and finally to Patterson, CA in 2024. He was a man of considerable intelligence and diligence, as demonstrated by his graduation with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from FEATI University, Quiapo, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines in 1979.

Rozzo leaves behind a vast family, each of whom will miss him deeply. He is survived by his son Jayrose Dumlao, his son Harry Jhune Dumlao, and his daughter Faye Dumlao. Grandchildren include Juliana Isabela Lavilla, Jericho Dumlao, Jelliah Dumlao, Jhanna Dumlao, Jessica Dumlao, Jayzahbella Dumlao, Zarahbelle Dumlao, Arianna Rose Dumlao, and Aizeah Sparks. Each will remember him with great fondness and love.

Rozzo is now reunited in heaven with his beloved wife, Warlita Dumlao, who preceded him in death. His legacy will continue to live on through the many stories and memories shared by those who knew him.

As we mourn Rozzo's departure, we also celebrate his life and achievements. We remember him not just as a family member and friend but as a symbol of resilience, intelligence, and love. May Rozzo 'Doloroso' Dumlao rest in peace.
