Roy Wilkes

Roy Lee Wilkes, 41, mostly known as “Jonny Rebel” “Jonny South” or “Thumper” passed away on April 29, 2024. Roy was born on January 12, 1983. Roy went to be with his father Roy Willis Wilkes. He leaves behind his son, Nikolai Smith and daughter Savannah Wilkes, mother Laura Jane Wilkes, brother Artie Stewart, sisters Kimberlee Padgett and Cindy Wilkes. He also leaves behind his beloved dogs “Frank and Beans” who both have been rehomed until they meet their “daddy” again. To honor Jonny Rebel’s memory, we are holding a celebration of his life on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Merritt Island Moose (2073) on the back patio from 11-2. We invite anyone who knew him to attend and remember his wonderful life. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the family to help with burial costs.
