It is with profound sadness, yet a deep sense of gratitude for a life beautifully lived, that we announce the passing of Roy Edward Towns Sr . A man of unwavering integrity and quiet strength, Roy departed this life on February 10 , 2026 leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished for generations. 

Born on March 23 1956 son of  Mary Opal Weese and LeRoy Edward Towns in Fort Benning Georgia

Roy was Devoted Father, Grandfather and  Friend to all who knew him he enjoyed spending his time working on the  family farm , tinkering on cars and helping his fellow neighbors and friends 

Roy is lovingly remembered by his three children Brandie (Joe) Billy (Renee) and Jay ( Melody ) Ten grandchildren a  ex wife Wanda . Three Brothers Fred ,Dennis and Scott.

He has now found eternal peace alongside  his parents three sisters Paulette Marie ,  Mary Alice and Sandra Joyce  and one  brother Johnny Averal
