Obituary
Roy Eugene Roe (affectionately called "Poppy" by his grandchildren) peacefully went home to Jesus on August 24, 2022 at age 92.
Roy was born to Joseph Dorsey Roe & Alma Birdine Roe on November 29, 1929 in Versailles, Missouri. Roy was one of six siblings: Biz, Joe, Ed, Dorsey Jr. and David. He served in the US Navy from November 1948 to November 1952 in San Diego. He worked for the San Jose Mercury News …
