Roy's obituary
Roy was born to Roy Fox, Sr. and Nelda Tucker Scheu, August 18, 1959, in Beeville, Texas. He graduated from Carrizo Springs High School in 1979. He married Sherry Crisp Fox in 1980, and they lived together in Carrizo Springs, Texas. Together they raised 2 wonderful children.
He leaves as his legacy his two children: Robert Lee Fox (Devon) of Carrizo Springs, and Robbin Leanne Fox Bell (Skooter) of McQueeney, Texas. He was an extremely proud Pappa to his four grandchildren, Rhys, Wyatt, Greyson, and Shay. He also leaves to cherish his memory three siblings, Ronnie Fox, Sr., Shirley Fox Holm, and James Fox, and beloved step-mother, Carol Fox. His family will always remember him as a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by Roy Fox, Sr.(father) and Nelda Tucker Scheu, (mother).
Roy was passionate about witnessing for Christ and sharing God’s Word. When he received his terminal cancer diagnosis his only desire was that God would be glorified through it.
A graveside service will be held March 7, 2021 at Mount Hope Cemetery in Carrizo Springs. A reception is to follow at First Baptist Church. Brother Jonathon Hewitt will officiate the ceremony. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Anderson House Pregnancy Resource Center at https://www.andersonhouseprc.…. The family would like to thank everyone who has provided food and comfort during this difficult time.
