Roxanne Marie Sartor (nee Lee)

It is with great sadness the family announces Roxanne’s sudden passing at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at the age of 56. Surrounded by the love of her family, she slipped away quietly and peacefully in the night, free of stress and burden.

Roxanne of Wasaga Beach, formerly of Ajax, was the beloved wife of Ron for 26 years. A loving mother to Antonio and Nick. Dear daughter of Philomena Lee and the late Andrew, daughter-in-law of Pauly Sartor and the late Leo. Roxanne will be lovingly remembered and missed by all her nieces and nephews, extended family, friends, and her precious dog Buddy. She met the love of her life in 1988 at Kennisis lake and they married in 1997. Ron and Rox moved to Wasaga Beach in 2002 where she raised her two beloved sons before working in their elementary school for a number of years, volunteering for their hockey teams, and most of all leaving an insurmountably loving and caring impression in the community and anyone she met. Roxanne will be forever missed as a mother, wife, and friend to many.

Cremation has already taken place. A Celebration of Roxanne’s life will be held at a later date.
