Background
As we all know my mother is was and will always remain the most amazing woman period. My mother went through pain and heart ache, fun times family time everything like a warrior every day. Behind that gorgeous smile and attitude she was in the worst pain next to child birth, constantly.... Labia Cancer. She never even let it slow her down. Full time job diabetes obesity depression cancer she wouldn't slow down for Dr appointments. All that mattered to her was granddaughters. Athena's is 19 in college while TyDiana 15 sweet 16 April 1. She has guardianship/custody of TyDiana, so I unfortunately with sudden passing this has done the one thing my mom feared. Made TyDiana states custody. TyDiana and I were recently taking advantage of by supposed friends. These 2 creatures promised my mom on her death bed so many lies one being they would be temporary guardian of Ty while being reunified with me. The judge says I'm doing great and is doing a case plan to help Ty and I so excited. I'm currently seeking employment and doing day labor to get by. Just was able to get my mom's ashes and urns. Need to have a little service and wake. Any and all help please.
