Roxane was born to John C and JaNean (nee Hinshaw) in Kirksville, Mo on November 22, 1952. She was raised in Lee’s Summit, Mo and moved with her family to Liberty, Mo in 1966. She attended Liberty High School and William Jewell College. Roxane worked in her younger years as a substitute teacher and went on to become a Flight Attendant for Continental Airlines in 1984. She would then moved to Houston (The Woodlands) TX. …
