Ross never let cancer stop his smile and good will. I ran into him at Meijer after not seeing him at church for many years, he smiled and remembered me! God is receiving another angel. God bless his dear family and prayers go out for you all.

I worked with Ross for the last 18 years at Ohio State and it was a great pleasure. He helped me with all kinds of problems and did all he could to make Ohio State a safer place for everyone.
Any time he walked into a meeting it was a little bit better because when you chatted with him for a minute before or after, you knew that he had a quick story or joke that would make you laugh.

I 've known Ross for over 15 years through working at OSU. Every time I interacted with Ross, it always involved us sharing a few laughs, no matter the situation we were in. Ross also loved to talk about his family, and it was evident that he was very proud you all. My prayers and condolences are with you all.

Donna and I were deeply saddened by the loss of Ross. While he first entered my life as my hiring manager at OSU, he quickly became a cherished friend, touching us both with his humor, kindness, and unwavering generosity.

My condolences to Ross's family. Ross offered me the opportunity to come onto his team at Ohio State with a promise that I could be the father and husband that I aspired to be. A father and husband who was constantly present. The way he was at Ohio State. Ross would express to me how surprised he was by the amount of people who reached out to him during his illness and I would tell him that it is nothing more than a reflection of the impact that he had on everyone’s lives. I was one of those people. Ross you will be dearly missed and always appreciated. Rest easily.
