Rosetta was predeceased by her parents Rosetta and Lloyd Reinek, Brothers Christopher and Joseph Reinek, Son Robert Costa, and Grandchildren Rick and Robert Costa.

Rosetta was born on September 25, 1942 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was the loving wife of Robert Costa who passed just 5 days before her also due to complications from Covid-19. She lived in Glassboro, New Jersey for most of her life then migrating to South Carolina and ending up in the Sunshine State of Florida. Rosetta started her career as a banker and ended up in the Glassboro Municipal Water and Sewer department. Her most prized career was being a full time mother to her three beautiful children. Her hobbies included reading, playing games on her iPad such as word search! She also enjoyed doing homework every day with her Great Granddaughter Ivy after school. Rosetta loved to cook her whole life and make up different recipes where you would find everyone stopping in to eat at all times. If you asked what she meant to the family it would be that she was our Rock. She was also willing to help and take in anyone who needed her.

Rosetta loved her family immensely and spent as much time with them as possible. She loved to share cocktails with her loved ones when they would visit and spend time with talking on the phone with those who were not around. She kept up with everyone on Facebook everyday. If you knew Rosetta you would know she was feisty with a very strong opinion and outlook on life which were all her best assets. She was a very wise woman and always led people in the right direction with her advice. Rosetta had a great gift of having premonitions in her dreams which later became life lessons always. She was devoted to her husband, Robert, and never left his side through any walk of life. She prayed her whole life that they would have their "Notebook" ending and that is exactly what they had. Passing just days apart they are now walking the Golden Streets with Jesus and the rest of our Heavenly Angels .
