Rose's obituary
Rosemary A. Winsper, 71, of DeLand, Florida, passed away on December 22, 2025, at AdventHealth Orlando after a short illness.
Rosemary was born December 19, 1954 at St Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, Massachusetts, to the late Joseph A. Winsper and Elsie R. (Costa) Winsper.
She was a graduate of Holy Family High School, Class of 1973.
Rosemary is survived by her siblings Joseph A. Winsper Jr., Kathleen Saulnier, Louise Abrantes, Elaine Hunt, and James Winsper. She was predeceased by her brother, John Winsper.
She is at peace with the Lord. No services are planned at this time.
