Born on August 1, 1961, in the heart of New Mexico, Rosemary was the bright light in her family, born to AnaMaria and Hermenejido Torres. Throughout her journey, she embraced life with a remarkable blend of humor and resilience.

Rosemary's laughter was contagious, capable of transforming even the gloomiest of days into moments of sheer delight. With a quick wit and a mischievous twinkle in her eye, she effortlessly endeared herself to countless hearts.

Rosemary is survived by her son, Vince Torres, and two daughters, Veronica Ceceña and Diana Neil. As a beloved grandmother to twelve grandchildren, she found boundless joy and purpose in their presence, showering them with unconditional love and unwavering devotion.
