Rosemary Foy, 74, of Summerville, South Carolina, passed on June 12, 2022. Rosemary was born on May 25, 1948 to the union of Grant and Ella Wallace. Rosemary Foy was born in Newark, New Jersey. In 1967 she was united in marriage to Monroe C. Foy, Jr who preceded her in death. To their union seven children were born. Tajuana Johnson, Theresa Cham (Gibbi), Kym Foy, Monroe C. Foy, III, (Thana), Grant Foy,(Tori), Mary Curry (Shamorl), and Tracey Foy. A loving mother-in-law: Eliza Foy; One brother Butch Wallace (Ann), four sisters: Barbara Marshall, Sandra Collins, Sheila Ormond, and Debra Isom. She has 16 grand kids and 14 great-grand kids and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and special friends.

Rosemary graduated from South Side High School in Newark, New Jersey in 1966. Rosemary loved spending time with her family and friends. Rosemary enjoyed baking, crocheting, sewing and dancing. Rosemary had a bright and energetic personality and was known for her amazing chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies. She touched many lives with her warm generosity and infectious smile.
