Rosemary A. Copeland, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025, at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware, at the age of 82.

Born on November 27, 1942, in Peoria, Illinois, Rosemary lived a life filled with warmth, dedication, and joy. She devoted 42 years of her professional life as an Administrative Assistant at ICI/AstraZeneca, where her diligence, grace, and cheerful spirit left a lasting impression on all who worked alongside her.

Rosemary had a zest for life that was truly contagious. She loved to travel and dance, always embracing new experiences with enthusiasm and a smile. Her joyful disposition and kind heart made her a source of comfort and inspiration to everyone around her.

She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Philip and Leonard; her brother, Kenneth; and her sister, Helen. She was preceded in death by her mother, Naomi Pauline Gladson; her father, Kermit Lane Copeland; and her half-brother, Everett Lane Copeland.

Rosemary’s legacy of love, laughter, and resilience will live on in the hearts of all who knew and cherished her.
