Rosemarie's obituary
Rosemarie "Rose" Martin, a vivacious spirit and a beacon of light, left us on June 22, 2025. She was born on February 16, 1978, and throughout her life, she established a legacy of kindness, compassion, and joy that will continue to echo in the hearts of those who knew her.
Rosemarie's untimely departure is deeply mourned by her daughter, Emma Martin, her brothers, Anthony and Mike Scanniello, and her father, Michael Scanniello. She has also left behind numerous friends, colleagues, and relatives who will cherish her memory. Rosemarie was predeceased by her previous husband, Harold (Jim) Martin, the two of whom are now undoubtedly reunited in peace. She was joined in death by her current husband, Greg Truckenbrod.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Rosemarie on August 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Hicks Road Baptist Church in Hudson Florida. All those whose lives she touched are invited to attend and share their memories of this remarkable woman.
Rosemarie was a woman full of life. She was a dedicated fan of the Chicago Cubs, an enthusiastic traveler, and a devoted player of the card game, Phase 10. She found joy in attending concerts of all genres and had a deep fondness for the wild beauty of Alaska, which was her favorite vacation spot. A lover of purple, Rosemarie's vibrant personality matched the intensity of her favorite color.
Described as caring, loving, funny, and adventurous, Rosemarie lived her life to the fullest and encouraged others to do the same. Her goats, whom she cherished, will undoubtedly miss her unique warmth and care.
Rosemarie's legacy is one of unconditional love and caring for others. Her actions and words were a testament to her belief in kindness, and this belief will continue to resonate with those who were fortunate to know her.
The world has lost a remarkable woman, but Rosemarie's spirit and the lessons she shared will continue to inspire us to embrace life with joy, kindness, and love.
