Roseanna Grace Oxendine, 91, of Pembroke, North Carolina, passed on December 19, 2022. Roseanna was born on November 05, 1931. She was preceded in death by a son Larry Jones, her mother Delia Locklear, Stepfather Robert Locklear, brothers Vardell Jones,Don Locklear, and sister Joann Locklear. Ms.Oxendine was a mother to many. She was a wonderful, God loving woman. She will be missed by all who knew her. She leaves to cherish her memories to her …
