MindLeaps works in developing countries to improve school performance and create positive livelihoods for at-risk youth through standardized dance methodology. Misty Copeland is an ambassador for this organization, and her mentor, Raven Wilkinson, who passed away back in 2018, was Rose's closest friend from Ballet Russe.
