Rose Lee Dickerson went home to Jesus on February 12, 2022at age 88. Rose was born to Arnettie Brumfield and Henry Butler on April 13, 1933 in Independence,  La.  As a child, she enjoyed church and singing in the choir. Rose  met her husband, Isiah Dickerson in Kentwood, La. They married and went on to raise one loving son, Jessie Butler, Sr. In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Rose also loved being a mother in the church at Bibleway COGIC in Kentwood, La. Throughout her life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. Rose joins her parents, Arnettie and Henry Butler, sisters Margie Mack, May Butler,  brothers Dock Butler, Pink James Butler, JC Butler, Alsee Butler, Emory "Buster" Butler, Robert "RG" Butler in Heaven. She is survived by Sisters Jeardine Carter, Evlyne Harton, Mauldin Parrott- Brother Henry Junior Butler.
