Alright now, happy memory time 🥹

On one of the last conversations gram and I had— when I’d first moved to Seattle, I mentioned to her that my walk of life is hard and her rebuttal was this: “baby you don’t even know your walk of life yet.”

Today as I walk to work, I am reminded of she and I walking hand & hand to the thrift store for her to clock in while I tireless searched for miniature transformers figures that she used to bag and hide for me (she would mark the bags so I knew which ones to grab).

Now, I know what she meant.

The tears are flowing at this point, but they are very much happy and energizing!

Love y’all! Happy Friday!

Happy Heavenly Birthday My Beautiful Rose 🌹 Words cannot express how much I miss you lady 😔 Continue to Rest In Love Gram ❤️

To know her is to love her... This phrase comes to mind when one thinks of Rose... Anyone that has met her walked away from that meeting a better person... Anyone who knew her was a better person for it..

Rose Cunningham welcomed us into her home and life and laughed and talked and taught through her vivid stories and vivacious spirit... She raised her children in Love... Her patience and wisdom have left their imprint and impression on us all...

Blessings and sincere condolences unto the whole family- friends and extended family included...

Heaven has another angel in Its midst...

I called her sister, cousin, and friend and I miss her...

I meet my cousin Rose when I was about 10 or 11 years old. We got really close when I was in high school and remained close for years. She was my best friend, my sister, my mother(when I needed it) and my ride or die. I love her now and forever. You will surely be missed.

Dear Michelle and family,

We are thinking of you doing this difficult time. Our prayers are with you and your family.

Grammy was an amazing lady! I will always miss those games of rummy and pitty-pat. The heart to hearts. And her cooking!!! Grammy I love you, you have always been very close to my heart!
Rose and I met at the Summit Senior Center and slowly got to know each other and became friends. We had lots of fun, sometimes over meals with other friends, and sometimes just sitting and talking. She is remembered with happiness.
