It’s taken me sometime to process this because this still feels so unreal to me Rose my dear friend I will miss you so very much it breaks my heart to be saying this because I never thought this day would come you shed light on me thru the dark times of my life and you guided me and I’m just so hurt right now rose I want to stay strong for you and continue this journey but I promise to make sure your voice is heard throughout the entire world rose I promise and we will soon meet again my dear freind 😔
I first met rose at a gig we got hired to do a year ago. I was the new girl in the group and she made me feel so welcomed. So welcomed that I left only knowing her name!! Months later I saw her again at a go go dancing workshop, after that we got to work at festivals together <3

I met Rose, through Weird and Wonderful. She had an incredible smile, and a way with listening. She always took the time to check in with others. When I first saw her dance I was mesmerized. She was an incredible performer who touched so many lives, and shed light on all the spaces she occupied. Her spirit will live on forever.

I met Rose when I changed schools in 8th grade. She was loved by everyone in the school, never had an enemy, and loved everyone. I remember she literally told me “I’m friends with everyone here” and it was true. She befriended anyone, and others couldn’t help but love her in return. We grew close over the following few years. We struggled through breakups together. Supported each other through hard times in high school. Danced together lots in our school groups, as well as at hang outs. She was the light in any room. Always positive. We had a falling out later on in high school and lost connection. But I will always remember her curly hair, big smile, kind soul, and love for music, singing and dancing. Rest easy, Rose🤍 I’m sure your Bubby and Papa welcomed you with open arms up there.
I am still trying to grasp the words, Rose. But here goes I remember the first time I spoke to you on the phone we met through a mutual friend, thank you Amber for introducing us. Rose had an angelic spirit always humble, always smiling and just a kindred soul.  When I had the honor of officially meeting you it was at Gold Rush October 7 2022 and what a time we had you shared with me some great hair tips since we both have full curly wavy hair, we talked about life and we even ran off together just the two of us to listen to some great sets Rezz we both were so excited to see. You gave me a performance that I will cherish forever. I pulled out my camera and began to capture your true essence your amazing dance skills blew me away the way you flowed, your rhythm and your love for music. I’m going to remember your smile the most and your sweet hugs. I didn’t know you for very long but you truly did touch my life. I still can’t believe you’re really gone if only we had more time. I love you Rose, I hope to see you again my friend- in our next life time 🌹
We were just planning on getting sushi together. I am still at a loss of words. Rose was like the sister I never had. I can say the times with rose was some of the best times of my life. Rose was the sweetest little soul I’ve ever met with a smile that could change the world and a heart big enough to heal the world. Thank you for everything my little rosebudd. Although you may not be here physically you’ll always be in my heart.
You were a star from the mome…
You were a star from the moment you were born. I remember the first time I heard you sing when we were little, in the kitchen of my childhood home. You blew me away then, always did and always will. I love you

I never had the chance to get to know Rose, but it’s very clear that she was incredibly loved by those around her ❤️
I’m met Rose when she was three years old, her grandfather and grandmother were my husband‘s aunt and uncle. I saw her again two years ago at Bob Davis‘s memorial service in Phoenix. Always a beautiful girl, kind. I was very sad to learn of her demise and send my well wishes and prayers to the family. Becky davis.
