Rosalie's obituary
**Obituary for Rosalie Hall**
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rosalie Hall, who left this world on April 27, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on December 13, 1938, to Merlin Arthur Hector and Esteline Antonia Marek, Rosalie was a beacon of love and kindness throughout her life.
Rosalie was the cherished sister of Rosemary Anderson, Diana Mickus, Patricia Mickus, Cheri Forliti (Mark) and Robert Hector. In 1960, she married her beloved husband, Kenneth Edwin Hall, with whom she shared a deep and abiding love. Together, they raised two wonderful children, David Alan Hall and Amy Kay Hall, and welcomed two stepchildren, Charles “Chuck” Hall (Donna) and Kenneth “Kenny” Hall (Kelly) into their family.
As a grandmother, Rosalie was a source of joy and warmth, lovingly known as Grandma to her grandchildren: Gary Hall (Angela), Blake Hall, Chris Hall, and Stacey Larson (Doug) Joey Forliti ,Gina Forliti. She took immense pride in her role as Great Grandma (GiGi) to Alazay (Andrew), Brendan, Tanner, Alyssa, Lila, Katherine, Jack, Riley, Lydia, Vincent, Mariah Lindquist and Keanna Lindquist. Her home was a haven for all, where neighbor kids were treated as family, often joining her for car rides or sharing a meal at her table.
Rosalie’s impact extended far beyond her family. She was a dedicated Sunday School teacher at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Northeast Minneapolis, where she inspired countless children with her faith and compassion. Her commitment to her community was evident in her active participation in school events and her role as President at Heights Manor. Rosalie’s kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
In the words of her late husband, “Case Closed.”
Rosalie’s legacy of love, compassion, and community service will forever remain in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
