With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Rosa "Rosky" Valenzuela, a loving, caring, independent, and strong woman, whose life was beautifully lived. Born on July 6, 1964, Rosa preferred the warmth of her given name but was fondly known as Rosky to some. Rosa departed from our world on August 31, 2025, leaving behind an astonishing legacy of kindness and independence.

Rosa predates her mother, Benina Ontivedos, and her father, Alejo Valenzuela. She is survived by her daughters Krystel Rojas, Angela Romero, and Amy Romero, as well as her sons Julian Valenzuela, Manuel Romero and Gregory Valenzuela. Rosa's loving siblings, Nikkie Valenzuela, Alex Valenzuela, Gilbert Valenzuela, and Silvia Valenzuela, mourn her loss, cherishing her memories in their hearts.

Rosa's love and teachings continue to bloom in the lives of her grandchildren: Miarose Rojas, Adrian Velasquez, Annabell Velasquez, Dezmond Romero, Zackary Romero, Castiel Romero, Lucian Romero, Marcos Velasquez, Devyn Velasquez, Jacob Velasquez, Julian Valenzuela, Isaac Rodriguez, Mauricio Romero, Anayeli Romero, and Mario Romero.

Among Rosa's greatest accomplishments, the roles of mother and grandmother stood out the most. Her family was her pride and joy, and her love for them was immeasurable. She believed in the power of love, not material wealth. Her contagious warmth has left an indelible mark on the lives she touched, making her absence deeply felt.

Rosa's life was a testament to her strength and independence. Her life lessons centered around loving with a whole heart rather than through material possessions. Her legacy will continue to inspire those who knew her to spread love, kindness, and maintain independence just as she did.

Her absence creates a void that can never be filled. Rosa's family and friends will deeply miss her smile, her wisdom, her nurturing nature, and her boundless love. Her legacy will continue to shine through those who were fortunate to have known her.
