Rosa's obituary

Minister Rosa Lee Taylor was born on June 23, 1943, in West Union, South Carolina to Jessie Mae Wright Taylor and Sydney Taylor. She was married to the late Isiah Earle. She departed peacefully on February 13, 2023 at the home of her niece, after battling an extended illness.

At an early age Mrs. Rosa Lee spent most of her childhood in Reidsville NC upon leaving Reidsville she returned to South Carolina, graduating from Blue Ridge High School. She then spent most of her young adult years in Detroit MI to finally return to Seneca, SC. Rosa had a strong love for The Lord, family, and fashion. She devoted her life to raising her two grandchildren, and caring for others.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories, two wonderful grandchildren whom she raised Delanio ( Ashley) Taylor of Seneca SC and Lakim ( Deviro) Brown of Easley SC. Four great grandchildren whom she loved dearly: Allana Taylor, Ayda Brown, DJ Brown, and Marcellus Taylor. She also leaves behind her Sisters: Doris Goodine of Greenville SC and Inez Rice of Detroit MI. Two special nieces Shirley Holland and Debbie Blassingame. A best friend for over 60 years Linda Jones. And a host of wonderful nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Proceeded in death by her two children Gloria Taylor and James Taylor. Parents Jessie Mae Wright Taylor and Sydney Taylor, As well as her late husband Isiah Earle. Sisters Isabelle Kiser, Francis Ruth Davis, Annie Bailey. Brothers, Joe Nathan Taylor, Namod Taylor, Willie Taylor, James Taylor and David Frank Taylor.
