I had the pleasure of working with Rondi beginning in August 2018.  I echo his many professional relationships when I say his presence will be missed. My deepest condolences to his entire family.  May his soul rest in peace.

Dear Amy and Maggie,

My sincere condolences to you and the family for the loss of a great man. In just the short time I got to know him I knew he was genuinely sweet, kind, had a big heart and was a great teacher and mentor to many of us in roofing. He will be missed. My prayer for you all is that the Lord gives you unforgettable memories, strength to move forward and courage to carry out his legacy.  May God wrap his loving arms around each one of you and comfort you.

Rondi & Amy were neighbors (across the street) for 15 yrs.  Such a wonderful family .. Rondi was a hard working man, but took time for his family and Amy.  We have fond memories of those years.. We offer our condolences and prayers to Amy and his precious family.. RIP Rondi.... we will meet again.

I am sad to learn of Rondi's departure. I have know him since his Steellite Roofing Days when I worked for Fort Worth ISD. Our professional relatMonship continued in roofing and building enclosure consulting industry where I would run across him from time to time at Local IIBEC Chapter meetings and at the National IIBEC Conventions. His presence will be missed. My deepest condolences and sympathy to his wife and extended family. Rondi was a good and honorable man and highly respected in his industry.
