Ronald Eugene “Ron” Wheeldon, was born October 29, 1967, in Landstuhl, Landkreis Kaiserslautern, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany to Donald Glenn and Naomi Ruth (Foster) Wheeldon.
Ron was the middle child of three; his older sister Teresea Renee Wheeldon and younger sister Tanya Louise (Wheeldon) Callahan.
