Sorry for this lost. It hurts Ron was a training partner of mines, and a good mentor in Track and Field. He always gave me hope in my future and always look out for me the best way he knew how. He was a funny Guy. For him to be gone so soon is still hard for me to process. However, he’s in a better place and with my journey with Track and Field I will continue to live out this sport in honor of him.
