Ronald “Ron” Dale Ruehlow passed away at his home in Pewaukee on September 1, 2023 at the age of 66. Loving father of Josh (Sami) Ruehlow of Alexandria, and Jordan (Jonni) Ruehlow of Milwaukee. Brother to Cheryl Ruehlow of Waukesha, Russ (Debbie) Ruehlow of Oconomowoc, Sue Jensen of Pewaukee, and Sandy (Barry) Heinzelman of Pewaukee. He is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Judith. Ron was a proud member of the Sheet Metal Workers’ Local #18 union recently receiving his 40-year membership card. Throughout his career he had the opportunity to work on landmarks throughout Wisconsin including the Grohmann Museum, the Harley-Davidson Museum, and Pewaukee’s Horizon Elementary School. Ron’s passion for working on machinery was admired by those who knew him and was evidenced by his take over of the small engines class as a high school student. The family is planning a private celebration of life. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Wisconsin Builders Foundation to honor Ron’s dedication to the building trades.
