Ronald's obituary

Ronald (Ron) Francis Krevinghaus, 63, passed away May 1st, 2019 at University of Tennessee Medical Center with his children by his side.

Ron was born September 16th,1955 in Bay City Michigan to John and Marian (Reinhardt) Krevinghaus. Ron graduated from Pinconning Area High School in 1973 and went on to work in the oil industry for 35 years. Ron is survived by his two children Sunshine (Mike Dickinson) Krevinghaus and Levi (Casey) Krevinghaus whom he shared with his former spouse Manie (Benson) Trumble, his grandson Masun Tate, step grandchildren Derek and Ally Dickinson, Mother Marian Krevinghaus, brother Bob (Tafra) Krevinghaus, sister in law Tammy Krevinghaus, nieces and nephews: Christina Galvin, Allen (Jennifer) Krevinghaus, Katrina (Jared) Parker, as well as great nephews and nieces Devin, Dominic, KacieRae, Dylan, Emma and Cassidy.

He was preceded in death by his father John (Jack ) Krevinghaus, siblings Susan Galvin and James (Jim) Krevinghaus and brother in law Dale Galvin.

Ron enjoyed being surrounded by his family, hunting deer, bear, rabbit, racoons… you name it...he hunted it! He loved raising and training dogs at his very own Haus's kennels for many years. He was also quite the handyman and loved to fix, craft and create. He was a son of God and enjoyed attending service at Hope Lutheran Church in Rhodes Michigan and Edgefield United Methodist Church in Piney Flats Tennessee. Ron had a big heart and he loved fiercely. He will be greatly missed as a father, son, brother, grampa and friend.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at Hope Lutheran Church, Rhodes Michigan July 25th, 2019 7PM.
