Debra & Kristen & Cassandra
I am so sorry for your loss.
Although I met Ron professionally, he quickly became a close friend and mentor to me. He believed in me, challenged me to grow, and he was always available to provide guidance, share a bite, or go out for a sail.
Of all the dinners and events we attended throughout the world, I was most honored to be invited into his home to spend time with his beautiful family, and many friends. I cannot think of a warmer and more welcoming person.
I can honestly say he had a significant positive impact on my life for which I will be forever grateful.
He was truly one of a kind, and he will be missed by many.

Dear Debra, Kristen, & Cassandra
We are incredibly saddened by your loss. We shared so many wonderful times with Ron. Times spent chatting in the backyard, shaking martinis (or eating grapes and goldfish if you're Adeline) at the kitchen counter, and, of course, sailing are all special memories that we will cherish. We will miss our friend and "Uncle Ron". He has left a lasting imprint on our lives and we are grateful for the time we had with him.
Sending you love....
Alain, Vanessa, & Adeline

Dear Debra, Kristin, Cassandra,
Our sincere condolences on Ron’s passing. We are deeply saddened by the loss of our long-life friend.
We were very lucky to have shared many happy memories with Ron. We witnessed Ron at his best, always friendly, happy and positive. For a man of a few words, he always managed to make us laugh. At work and during his travels, it was his networking that made him popular and successful. He always took the time to offer his valued opinion and shared his wisdom.
Ron King, you were one of a kind, you will be missed.

Our deepest Sympathy to you & your family during this very sad & extremely difficult time. Our heart & prayers are with all of you.
The Obituary, you wrote is so beautiful & really captures Ron’s life & spirit.
Ron & I worked together at Town, for 15 years … we had so many laughs & lots of fun travelling to trade shows in Europe together. He would always “Shop” for a little Gift for his girls while in Europe … he was so Proud of both of you!
Ron, had the best sense of humour and love of food & friends & parties …. Cheers to you Ron … you will be forever missed but forever in our Hearts with treasured memories.
Rest in Peace
Carol (Morticia … Ron called me … because I wore a lot of black) & Garry Poste

Wow!! What shock to hear this news. And my deepest condolences to all the King family. Ron was without question a fabulous person whom I always found a pleasure to work with over the many years we did business together either at Bata or Town Shoes. As our paths have not crossed over the last few years it is for me a very sad day to get this news today. You will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace. Sincerely Cedric Morrice.
