Background
In lieu of flowers, if interested:
I didn’t get my love/obsession for cats all on my own. From when I was very young, I knew how much my father loved them also. As I got a little older, he and I would bring in the strays and run, leaving my poor mother to acclimate them with the others, and, well, that’s why we ran, hehe.
My father had been feeding, etc., a small colony in Florida right before I brought him up here to NJ, days before he unexpectedly passed away. He had promised to continue sending cat food to his neighbor, so he could continue feeding them, as I had been doing while my father was in the hospital.
There is a wonderful woman who I mention often, with a private sanctuary. She has taken in several of my rescues, along with sooooo many others. She’s making such a huge difference for these poor stray/feral cats.
