I'm so sorry for the loss of Ron. I remember Ron from High School @ South High. Ron was always a happy guy & was great to talk to. Rest in peace Dear Ron, bless you. ❤️

My family moved to Hagerstown in the summer of 1971, and I met Ronnie Clever at E. Russell Hicks Middle School in the 6th Grade (if my memory serves me). It seems Ronnie and I had many classes together all through middle school and high school at SHHS. He was funny and upbeat, and had the school spirit! We chatted and laughed about something nearly every day. I consider Ron a friend, not because we were super close but because he was always so friendly and had a nice smile for everyone. I left Hagerstown to go to college and then to work in the city and when I returned to visit, I really only spent time with my parents and a few very close friends. So I only saw Ron at a few early SHHS reunions. I pray that Ronnie will rest in peace and be reunited with his departed family members. I will always remember him as youthful and smiling. 🙏💙
It seems unreal not to have Ron in the world. I was only a couple of weeks older than him. We spent loads of time together as children. We had soo many great times together. I didn't get to see him very often, but had imagined I would see him and reminisce. I miss my dear cousin.
