Ron made beautiful music - the kind I love. He was a wonderful man to do theatre with. He is missed.

Ron was such a warm, caring, kind person - and such a talented musician. Our family feels sad not to have him in our lives any longer. At CCCC Ron taught a music class to my son Sam, who has autism. When Ron found out Sam played cello, Ron set up some gigs for Sam — unrelated to Ron’s work at CCCC — just because he wanted Sam to be happy and to further Sam’s musical development. I always loved getting to talk with Ron because he was so genuinely kind. We send our deepest condolences to Ron’s family and friends.

We met backstage during his sterling performance in Driving Miss Daisy. His never failing positivity and generosity in support of all my faltering efforts will remain in fond memory. This is a great loss. He was a man of faith with an extraordinary love of family. He spoke with pride of his daughters.

I had the privilege of working with Ron Williams at the LIFE program in Mashpee, MA for several years until I left the LIFE program. Ron exhibited kindness and understanding to the residents of that program as a case manager and the utmost respect to his fellow colleagues of which I was fortunate to be one. My deepest sympathy to his family, friends and all who loved this very special man.

My son has multiple disabilities, and Ron has worked with him for several years. Ron is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever known. The world is a better place for his having live in it.

Ron worked as a staff for a long while in Latham Center’s adult program at an older residence 88 Railroad in Barnstable. I had the pleasure of his company for 2-3 years out of the 6 years I lived at that house.
Such a kind and gentle soul with a passion for music. He reignited my passion for playing musical instruments. As I was taking classes at 4C’s, I had several discussions about my collegiate aspirations. When I was struggling with mental health while still living at 88 railroad, he always had an ear for residents to just vent, and provided that extra support when clients needed it the most.
My love, prayers, and heartfelt condolences to his children, the rest of his family, and the students he taught! RIP to music maestro Ron Williams!

Ron was a special person. He guided many chorus students at Project Forward and encouraged all to participate regardless of ability. May his memory always be a blessing.
