Mr. Rolando Manantan "Rolly" Martinez passed away on August 19, 2025, in Anaheim, California, at the age of 85.

Born on November 5, 1939, in Villasis Pangasinan Phillipines, he began his life in a place far from where it would ultimately conclude. Over the decades, Mr. Martinez’s journey took him across continents and states and through many chapters that shaped his long and meaningful life.

Those who knew Mr. Martinez remember him as “Rolly,” a name that carried with it warmth and familiarity. His presence left an impression on those around him, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who shared in his life.

May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on August 27, 2025, from 02:00 PM to 08:00 PM at Sunnyside Mortuary located at 7651 Commonwealth Ave in the city of Buena Park.

There will only be this memorial/visitation service, the immediate family wish to keep his funeral services private.

3:00 PM Rosary (final night of Novena)

4:30 PM Mass/Song by Adolfo Martinez Guzman Sr.

5:00 PM Eulogy by Marcelino Martinez Dr, Gen. Angel Martinez (read by Donald Martinez) and Florina "Beetot" Martinez Rebosa (read by Marrieta "Mayeth" Martinez Agahan). Following the scheduled Eulogies, family and friends will be invited to say a few words of remembrance. Words of thanks from the family by Marjo Martinez.
