Background
Roger poured his heart & Soul into the Newberry Springs American Legion Post 751. As a contractor and a member for 42 years, he has built and remodeled most of the building and still had projects in mind when his body was no longer able to function. It is quite fitting that the ongoing building fund is a tribute in his honor.
