ROG WAS MY MENTOR, LIKE A BIG BROTHER HE AND I TRAVELED ALL OVER NEWYORK STATE WORKING AND I LEARNED A LOT  FROM ROG .

My condolences to the Torrence family and especially to his daughter. I knew Roger since the 1960s as a “picture of health” and figured he would live well into his 80s. Roger will be missed by many.
