Roger Allen Roby, 69, of Whitesville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2024, at the Heartford House in Owensboro, KY. He was born on August 12, 1955 in Pekin, IL to the late Martin Eugene and Olda Mae Payne Roby. Roger retired from Fern Terra, dedicating his life to caring for others. Known for his compassion and dedication, he touched countless lives throughout his career.

Roger cherished time spent with his beloved niece and nephews, as well as his great-niece and great-nephews: Kerigan, Kash, Kyler, and Ethan. His love for life and his kind spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his brother, James Kenneth Roby, and sisters, Mary Roby and Karen Pierce. He is survived by his brothers David Roby and Wayne (Kim) Roby; niece Rachel Horak; nephews Shane (Crystal) Roby, Ryan (Brad) Roby; as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews who adored him.
