Roger's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that the Peterson family announces the passing of Roger Peterson, 83, of Amador City, on April 25, 2025, after a valiant battle with lung disease.

Roger was born on November 6, 1941, to Lester Peterson and Josephine Peterson in Manhattan, KS. They moved to Amador City, CA in 1997, where they opened The Miner's Pick, an antique shop specializing in mining artifacts. After retiring, Roger spent his time restoring mining artifacts.
