Our beloved father, Roger Dowell entered into God’s Kingdom on April 10, 2025 .
Roger was born to on October 17, 1955 in Kentucky. He loved his family, being a grandfather and great grandfather. He loved his family, fishing, fixing cars, riding his bike, country music, animals. He is survived by his son, Scott Dowell and his wife, Crystal Dowell and their 3 children, Scott Jr, Breanna Dowell and Cassandra Dowell all of Decatur, IL. Also his great grandchildren Ryleigh, Rylen, Raiden, Kaiden, and Jr. He will be deeply missed.
