Roger D Neal Sr born September,8 1951 in Riverside,Ca to Pauline and William Neal,He is survived by his wife Rebecca of 30 years,5 children,Stephanie,Roger jr,Kevin,Thomas,James,10 grandchildren,brothers Paul,Robert,sisters Debra,and Delores,Roger loved his children and so adored his grandkids.He retired from the City of WhiteSalmon Public Works in 2016,He loved going camping and fishing with the kids and grandkids
