Roger Carroll, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on August 17th at the age of 69. To know Roger was to know a man with a strong spirit, a big heart, and a deep love for his family.

Roger is survived by his devoted wife, Carla Carroll; his children, Heather (Bryan) McMakin, Roger Carroll, Randi Carroll, Ronnie (Micki) Carroll, and Charde Carroll. He was the proud grandfather of 17 grandchildren, who brought him endless joy and laughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hazel and Wiley Carroll, and his sister, Kimmy Carroll.

Family was the center of Roger’s world. He worked hard throughout his life to provide, protect, and guide those he loved. He was a man of strength, resilience, and determination, and he passed those qualities on to his children and grandchildren.

Roger also lived a life of service to others. He proudly served his country as a Navy veteran and later dedicated himself to serving his community as a firefighter. His courage, selflessness, and commitment to helping others defined much of who he was.

Roger leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and perseverance. His memory will live on through his wife, children, grandchildren, and all who were blessed to share life with him.
