Rodney McCrae, beloved father, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on September 7 2024 at the age of 50. Rodney was a man of unwavering kindness, a beacon of integrity, and a source of inspiration to all who knew him.
Throughout his life, Rodney achieved many extraordinary accomplishments, each reflecting his dedication, creativity, and compassion. His success was not only in his professional endeavors but also in his ability to touch the lives of others through his generosity and wisdom.
Rodney was a deeply faithful man who loved God with all his heart. His faith was the cornerstone of his life, guiding him in all that he did and providing strength and solace to those around him. He shared his faith with grace and humility, leaving a lasting impact on his community and beyond.
Rodney's legacy is one of love, kindness, and faith. He is survived by his daughters Zipporah and Zoe McCrae, who will carry forward his spirit and values. Rodney took immense pride in their achievements and instilled in them the values of kindness and empathy. His memory will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Their presence made his heart take flight,

Their joy was his, their love expressed.
In their stories, he saw his grace,
In their dreams, he found his place.
Each hug, each laugh, each gentle glance,
Was a melody, a sweet romance.
His life, enriched by their embrace,
A legacy of love and grace.
Though time may pass and seasons change,
Their joy in him will never wane.
So let us remember with grateful sigh,
The man whose life was brightened by

In ancient lands where shadows blend,
A light was born, a tale to mend.
A humble birth in Bethlehem,
A promise kept, a new life’s gem.
He walked the paths with grace and truth,
A teacher's heart, a guide for youth.
With parables and love so deep,
He sowed the seeds for souls to reap.
He healed the sick, the blind could see,
Gave hope and strength to those set free.
With miracles that touched the soul,
He showed us how to be made whole.
In love He came, though harsh the plight,
To bear the cross and face the night.
For every sin and every fall,
He gave His life to save us all.
Three days in tomb, then risen high,
The victory seen in the sky.
He rose again, eternal light,
Defeating death, dispelling night.
His message clear, for hearts to find:
To love each other, pure and kind.
Forgive the wrongs, seek justice true,
Embrace the grace that He bestows on you.
So in His steps, let’s find our way,
In faith and hope, let’s daily pray.
The life of Jesus, our guide and friend,
A story of love that will not end.
