3 years ago this addict died from his addiction to herion. Are you missed? As your kid, this is devastating how drugs destroy us, families. You are missed because there is recovery and you did not see that and yet you lived a self centered, self seeking, to be only fufilled by drugs type of life. Yes, dad I miss you even as the addict you were. RIP dad.

Rodney Derek Covarrubias was and yet is one of my most favorite people on earth. Not one person have I ever came into contact with ever disliked him and he disliked many lol and this is what my dad has shown me " he does not care if you know it" and if you don't like him "you stupid, because he cool". I miss you dad. You are the one who got me off of heroin; because you are one the smartest MFers out there. I still stand here amazed papason at how intelligent you are, even if your methods are unconventional you SHOW dad that you absolutely 'know what the hell you are talking about" lol oh god my dad was also thee most hilarious "MFers out here" he would say lol. yes so true dad I would say too him you are pretty funny. Rodney also had such amazing ideas. like when I moved in with him in 2016 he showed where I can set up my room and had all these really cool plans and ideas to help me get comfortable. leads me to another point he always made it a point for you to feel comfortable when you were in his home. I am so grateful for the last years that I and my husband got to spend with him. RIP Rodney until we meet again. 

My condolences to my sweet nieces, great nieces and great great nieces, also to the rest of Rodney's family and friends. Prayers and thoughts go out to all of you.
