We are so sad that our friend Rodger passed. In Japan, he talked about getting cows and living the farm life with Maureen. He achieved this goal and celebrated every day as best he could. He showed us how to be compassionate, caring, and fulfill your dreams. We laughed and cried together over the years. We love and miss him and cherish the many “Rogderisms” he gave us. I am very fortunate to have had my  Uncle Rodger and Aunt Maureen as neighbors in Florida as a young child and teen and time spent with them in Taiwan and Japan. I am so grateful for one of my recent memories of having a long phone conversation with my Uncle Rodger telling me the story of his favorite Artist Rodriguez and sharing the story of the documentary and how he hoped to see him in concert one day. It was touching to hear the joy that he had in his voice. So many memories over the years. He truly touched so many of us in the family and will be greatly missed. ~Angel
