Rochelle Maria Wheeler

September 15, 1968 – December 2, 2023

On September 15, 1968, Beverly Cooper & Robert Wheeler gave us one of the most precious gifts the world could ever ask for, baby Rochelle Maria Wheeler. Rochelle had 2 close siblings, Michael Cooper and Nikki Cooper (deceased).  Rochelle went on to have 4 daughters, Shamilla Marie Wheeler, Keishelle Nichole Wheeler-White, Tanjah Marie Wheeler, Stephanie Rochelle Wheeler (deceased), and 1 son, Don’te Maurice Blakney. She was married to Donald Blakney (deceased.)

Rochelle was the prettiest woman in the world! Best dressed, from head to toe and let’s not get started with that red lipstick! You knew she was going to turn all heads. She was the life of the party. Her smile would lighten the room and was very contagious. You couldn’t help but to love her and be her friend.

She will be so very missed by her family and friends, including but not limited to:
