Robyn's obituary
Robyn moved to Central Oregon from Oklahoma when she was just nine years old with her mother, Charlotte. She often laughed about her early days learning the West Coast way of speaking—mispronouncing Powell Butte as “Powell Butty” and once ordering “one-ton soup” at a Chinese restaurant. From that point on, Central Oregon became her lifelong home.
She became a mother at just sixteen when she had her daughter Tyria, a moment that changed the course of her life. But in true Robyn fashion, she found her way forward and built a life full of family. She later welcomed her youngest child Ryan Jr. and helped raise a son, Donavon, from a previous marriage. In more recent years, she married Larry Bellah, whose love and family embraced her with open arms.
Robyn was unapologetically herself. She wore two-toned Converse, let her hair run wild, and loved listening to everything from gangster rap to country music. She lived life on her own terms and taught those around her to do the same.
Robyn was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte, and her two older brothers, David and Joey.
She is survived by her father, Rex; her husband, Larry; her children Tyria, Ryan Jr., Donavon, Jordan, Clayton, Mason, Dustin, and Nancy; and her beloved grandchildren Caleb, Adira, Saphyra, Carter, Ameliya, and Ella-Mae. She also leaves behind many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless others who she welcomed into her life and loved like family.
Robyn will be remembered for her fierce independence, her humor, her big heart, and the unforgettable way she made the people around her feel like they belonged.
