Robin K. Robins, 72, passed away on July 28, 2020. Robin was born to Bert and Elizabeth (Schreiber) Robins on June 7, 1948 in Dodge City, Kansas. Robin was raised in Holcomb, KS where he graduated from high school.

Robin received his bachelors degree from Ottawa University. He was a beloved teacher and coach at both Manhattan High School, in Manhattan, KS and later at Union High School, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Robin received his MBA from University of Tulsa. Following his teaching and coaching career, he successfully sold real estate in Tulsa for many years. In 1998 Robin relocated to Kirkwood, MO, with his wife Gail Robins. There he worked for a software company and then ran his own lawn are company until retirement. While in the St. Louis area he was a beloved member of four different congregations where he volunteered and sang in the choir. Robin was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan from the time he moved to St. Louis. Robins never knew a stranger and he kept every gathering he attended or hosted at ease, entertaining and laughing. His eight grandchildren will forever remember their fun-loving “Oompa”.

Robin was preceded in death by his parents Bert and Elizabeth Robins and his twin brother, Mark Robins. Surviving are his wife Gail Robins; daughter Ashley Lierz (husband Sean Lierz); step-daughters Geri Bickel (husband Tom Bickel) and Kelli Gallemore (husband Ryan Gallemore); eight grandchildren Max, Addie, Andrew, Hollie, Natalie, Jack, Henry, Sam; sisters, Annette Blecha (husband Bob Blecha) and Janelle Robins-Gaede (husband Gene Gaede).
