Roberto's obituary
Roberto was born on August 24, 1948 to Amalia Rodriguez and Matias Marquez in Guadalajara, Jalisco; In a small ranch named Calderon. He worked as a waiter in a restaurant by the name of El Parian in San Pedro, Tlaquepaque. He later worked at Vander Eyk’s Dairy in Chino, CA. Roberto retired and traveled to the place where he was most fond of in Zapotlanejo, Jalisco. Every year he looked forward to taking on new adventures with his family to the state of Guadalajara, Jal. His favorite place to eat was Carnitas El Alteño in Acati, Jalisco.
Roberto was often found sitting inside a donut shop with a cup of coffee as well as reading an auto classified magazine. He enjoyed playing poker while listening to his favorite music; He was also passionate about cars, collecting coins, and guns. Roberto had a great sense of humor, he loved feeding stray cats and helping out those in need.
He will be remembered as el “El Compañero”.
Funeral services will take place Saturday, March 20th at 12:00PM
